Services

What I can do for your presentations

Pick a service to see what it includes and what I typically need. These are examples, not rigid packages. Most engagements combine a few of these.

Executive-Ready Upgrade (Done-For-You)

The default option when you don’t want to manage details. You send the materials and goals, and I decide what to change. Structure, layout, visual hierarchy, charts, and motion. So the deck is clean, clear, and executive-ready.

What I need from you

  • The latest deck version (PPTX preferred) or your raw content
  • The goal of the deck (what decision or outcome you want)
  • Audience + context (board, exec review, investor, internal, keynote)
  • Any hard constraints (must-keep slides, legal wording, brand rules)
  • Deadline/date and how it will be used (live talk vs send-as-PDF)

This is a great fit when you want the result to be excellent without spending time on creative direction. I’ll propose changes and iterate in small reviewable batches.

Use cases

Where this work shows up

Presentation design support for the moments that matter. Big meetings, recurring reporting, and high‑stakes communication.

Every engagement includes

No surprises. These are standard in every project and retainer.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality by default (NDA-friendly)

I treat all decks, metrics, and drafts as confidential and can sign an NDA if required.

Collaboration

Relationship-driven collaboration

Clear communication, low-friction process, and I learn your preferences over time so each month gets smoother. I’m adaptable to new tools and workflows and I’m committed to continuously improving my craft.

Feedback

Feedback-friendly, no ego

I’m flexible with your direction and I welcome input without judgment. You’ll get a calm, receptive partner who listens, iterates quickly, and stays focused on what will make the deck stronger.

Quality

Executive-ready design quality

Clear hierarchy, disciplined layout, consistent spacing, and a polished visual system that reads well in decision rooms.

Editable

Fully editable assets (vector-first)

Icons are provided in SVG/vector format so colors can be adjusted to match your brand. When I use flat illustrations, they’re built as editable vectors whenever possible, so you can update colors, shapes, and labels later without rebuilding the slide.

Animation

Purposeful animation

Motion used to guide attention and pacing. I include subtle animation by default because it brings energy and polish, but if you’d rather have no animation, just let me know.

Version control

Version control + clean file delivery

Organized files, sensible naming, and edits that keep decks maintainable for future updates.

Brand consistency

On-brand consistency

Fonts, colors, spacing, and components stay consistent across the deck.

If you have accessibility requirements (contrast, font sizing) or brand rules, I’ll build within those constraints.

Process

How the retainer works

A calm, repeatable workflow designed for ongoing deck support. Clear queueing, predictable turnaround, and low-friction collaboration.

  1. Kickoff + preferences

We align on your deck types, brand standards, and what “executive-ready” means for your team. I’ll learn your preferences quickly so each month gets smoother.

    • Brand guidelines + sample decks
    • Tone and level of polish
    • Preferred feedback style (async vs call)
    • Access to fonts/assets (if needed)
  2. Submit requests (portal)

You send requests through the client portal with files, context, and desired outcome. I’ll confirm what I need (if anything) and provide an ETA based on the queue.

    • One place for assets + links + notes
    • Clear scope per request
    • ETA + next steps confirmed
  3. Build in reviewable batches

Work happens in small, reviewable batches so you’re never surprised. You review, consolidate feedback, and I iterate quickly. Design, structure, data viz, and light animation included where it helps clarity.

    • Fast iteration loops
    • Active request limits keep things moving
    • Light animation by default
    • Clean versioning
  4. Monthly rhythm + rollover

Each month starts with reserved capacity and priority handling. Unused hours can roll over (up to 10%), and anything beyond the plan is billed at the standard rate.

    • Billed monthly in advance
    • Reserved capacity + priority queue
    • Up to 10% rollover (then expires)
    • Overage billed at standard rate

Retainers

Why a retainer beats project-based

If you have recurring presentation needs, a retainer gives you the highest level of service: reserved capacity, priority turnaround, and a partner who already knows your brand.

Project basis

Best for occasional needs

  • Great for one-off decks or occasional updates.
  • Turnaround depends on capacity (typically 1–2 weeks).
  • Rush is possible, but comes with a premium and depends on availability.
  • Each new request often means re-contexting and re-aligning on preferences.

All retainer partnerships include

  • Preferential rates (your commitment is rewarded).
  • Priority access (front of the queue).
  • No rush fees for updates/iterations within plan scope.
  • Flexible usage across design + consulting tasks.
  • Low friction: skip paperwork, onboarding, and repeated re-explaining.
