• Project information you choose to share (deck context, goals, timelines)
• Basic technical information sent by your browser (for example, device type and browser), which may be included in form submissions

How information is used

• To respond to inquiries and provide services
• To clarify project requirements and preferences
• To improve internal workflow and communication
• To prevent spam and abuse

Third-party services

This site may use third-party services to provide functionality. These providers may process data according to their own policies.

• Formspree: used to receive form submissions. Form content is transmitted to Formspree so it can be delivered to me.
• Calendly: used for scheduling calls. Scheduling details you submit are processed by Calendly.
• Wistia: used to host embedded video samples. Video embeds may be blocked by some ad blockers.
• Basin: used to receive certain form submissions. Form content is transmitted to Basin so it can be delivered to me.
• Client portal provider: the client portal at portal.presentationace.com is powered by a third-party service (Kitchen.co). Information submitted through the portal (requests, files, and notes) may be processed and stored by the portal provider to provide the service.

Cookies and tracking

I do not intentionally use invasive tracking. Some third-party services may set cookies or collect usage data as part of their normal operation. If you use an ad blocker or privacy tools, some embeds may not load.

Confidentiality

Client materials are treated as confidential by default. If needed, I am happy to sign an NDA.

Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data unless necessary. If needed, ask about an NDA and secure file transfer options.

Data retention

I keep messages and project-related information only as long as needed for communication, delivery, and record-keeping. If you would like your information removed, email me and I will do my best to accommodate the request, subject to any legal or accounting obligations.
